office space, whether in the same building, across town, or hundreds
of miles away. From the conceptual and planning phases, to de-installation, to re-installation at the new location, experienced Fulcrum staff

for every piece.
Development of relocation plans and schedules: The Project Manager works with all stakeholders to develop a phased relocation plan, including the new
site design, and provides a cost analysis and budget.
Meet with end-users and other trades to confirm schedule: Site
plans and dimensions are reviewed and verifed.
Pre-move consultations are held with
stakeholders and the move schedule is verified.
Provide storage, receiving and delivery capabilities: Ample storage is available in secure Fulcrum warehouses.
Inventory tracking for product in storage: Fulcrum provides state-of-the-art
asset management and tracking, ensuring accountability for every piece.
Full receiving and shipping capabilities, as well as bar code and product tag methods are also available.
Complete de-installation, move, and reassembly of furniture and equipment:
When move day arrives, count on Fulcrum for full service installation for systems and modular furniture. Packing boxes and supplies are provided, as well as complete
wall, floor and elevator protection.
