Project Management
Fulcrum International provides experienced managers to plan and execute every phase
of every project. Fulcrum's project managers place the emphasis on planning, so
that every job is done right the first time.
Programming: At the outset of the project, a Fulcrum project manager
will identify site, space and project requirements, expose project risks, and develop
initial strategies. The PM will also develop procurement requirements and a detailed budget and propose cost-effective alternatives.
Planning and Design: A Fulcrum PM manages a phased project plan
for interior design and reconfiguration of office assets. The PM analyzes bids to
get the best value for the customer, recommends contractors/service providers, and
secures agreements with them.
Construction and Occupancy Coordination: The PM supervises construction,
implementation and administration, orchestration of interior renovation, logistical
organization of furniture fixtures and equipment and IT installations, and coordinates
the move if one is necessary.
Closeout and Punch list Completion: To ensure every detail is addressed,
the PM creates a punch list which requires signoff.
